These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cudwin ("cudwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the cudwin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and associated services accessible at cudwin.cam and any related subdomains.

Your access to or use of any part of the cudwin platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" throughout this document shall include both you and that person.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with cudwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and cudwin.

To register and use the cudwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

(a) Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, online gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. cudwin strictly enforces this age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

(b) Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

(c) Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the cudwin platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of cudwin complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. cudwin makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it is operated.

(d) Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, exclusion request, or responsible gaming restriction imposed by cudwin or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

(e) Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of cudwin or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless cudwin has provided written authorization.

To access cudwin's real-money gaming features, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) cudwin account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. cudwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cudwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. cudwin will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact cudwin support immediately to initiate an account lock and security review.

KYC Verification: cudwin is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide such documentation as cudwin reasonably requests for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits: cudwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and other supported Philippine payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱50. Deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the selected payment method. cudwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. cudwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Payments section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Anti-Money Laundering: cudwin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits must originate from payment methods owned by and registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. cudwin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory compliance with AML procedures. Any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Chargebacks: Any chargeback or reversal of a completed deposit transaction initiated by you or your payment provider without the prior consent of cudwin constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cudwin reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amounts through all available legal remedies.

cudwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All cudwin bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the individual offer:

Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms at the point of offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered in full before real money deposits are used. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account.

One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

cudwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed by eligible players prior to the modification.

All games available on the cudwin platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and not influenced by prior results, player betting patterns, or any intervention by cudwin or its game providers. Third-party testing agencies conduct regular audits of cudwin's game software to certify ongoing compliance with fairness standards.

Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream with human dealers. Recorded footage of all live dealer sessions is retained for a defined period and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute. The outcome of any live dealer game round, once completed, is final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or game error during an active game session, cudwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's account. cudwin is not liable for any losses alleged to have resulted from such technical issues. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cudwin platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

(a) Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
(b) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
(c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain unfair advantage;
(d) Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated play;
(e) Using third-party software designed to alter the operation of cudwin games;
(f) Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or in violation of AML regulations;
(g) Engaging in chargebacks, reversed payments, or fraudulent financial transactions;
(h) Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such issue must be reported to cudwin immediately;
(i) Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language directed at cudwin staff or other players;
(j) Attempting to access other players' accounts or cudwin's backend systems without authorization.

cudwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, forfeit all associated balances, void pending bets and withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

cudwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The platform strictly enforces an age restriction of 21 years and above in compliance with PAGCOR online gaming regulations. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it is not a means to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or recover previous losses.

Available Tools: All cudwin players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, configurable directly from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the cudwin platform may request self-exclusion at any time via the account settings or by contacting cudwin support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. cudwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, receipt of a chargeback, reasonable suspicion of money laundering, or any other activity deemed by cudwin to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cudwin will notify the affected player via their registered email address. Access to the account, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, may be restricted during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favor, all restrictions will be lifted. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account may be permanently closed and applicable balances forfeited.

Players may close their own cudwin account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (exclusive of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

All content available on the cudwin platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trade names, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the property of cudwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cudwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the cudwin platform without the prior written consent of cudwin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cudwin and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cudwin platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether cudwin was advised of the possibility of such damages.

cudwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cudwin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

In no event shall cudwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cudwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering a cudwin account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the cudwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You consent to cudwin processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. cudwin will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

cudwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, cudwin will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the cudwin platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the cudwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by cudwin to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
